Working with major international organisations all over the world, she brings passion and an insightful vision around the impact strategic human resources can have on organisational performance. Her passionate and pragmatic approach to leadership and people development delivers sustainable behaviour and culture change. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD), recognising her contribution to culture change and leadership development.
